GROUP COACHING FORMAT
COMMITMENT to CHANGE
First and foremost, the Women’s Mental Toughness process requires your commitment to change and willingness to step outside of your known comfort zone and see, do things differently. Our motto is, “I am comfortable being uncomfortable.”

GROUP COACHING CALLS
• 2 times per month
• Live, 55-minute interactive, web-based, mobile-friendly group coaching calls personally led by Bobbi-Jo Brighton, CST, LCI
• You can participate in the live calls or listen to the recordings at your convenience.
12-month call schedule provided in advance. Calls will occur on varying days and times of Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays at either 12:05 PM, 1:05PM, 2:05PM, or 3:05PM – Eastern.
1 – 30-minute private call with Bobbi-Jo to discuss your personal challenges and goals
Varies. Of course, you get out what you put into the mental toughness process. Habit and behavior change requires your commitment to change and consistent time investment.
A toolbox full of engaging homework exercises to put learning into action and replace old habits and limiting thinking with new, empowering practices and beliefs systems
Online member resource area with call recordings, course materials, and suggested deeper dive external resources (may involve additional nominal cost)
Weekly emails and text messages opt-in for ongoing support and accountability
Private, online group forum to ask questions, get answers, find support and celebrate wins
Yes, you read that right. I am that confident in this process. Whiles results will vary by person and no specific result is guaranteed, when you commit to change, attend all of the live calls and consistently do the assigned work, you will experience improvement in your confidence and mindset, otherwise I will refund 100% of your 12-month investment PLUS an extra 10%. ~Bobbi-Jo
